Manage subscription or request a refund

Cancel subscription

  • Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless you unsubscribe.
  • If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
  • If you cancel during a free trial period, you might lose access to the subscription immediately.
  • When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.

Manage your subscriptions on Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Audio Recorder subscription.

Request a refund

If it's been less than 48 hours since you bought an Pro version or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play app or through this link: Request a refund

We provide refunds without any reason up to 14 days depending on your country and circumstances. In urgent cases, we may extend this period by contacting us in advance.

In order to process the refund we need Google Play transaction ID of your purchase (it typically following this format: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX).

You can find it in purchase confirmation email or in Google Play app:

  1. At the top right, tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Budget & history.
  3. Tap Purchase history.

Contact us via the Contact form providing us with the transaction number. Refunds are usually made within a few working days.
