Use this page to cancel a subscription, understand refund eligibility, and find the correct steps for Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Cancel subscription

Manage your subscriptions on Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Audio Recorder subscription.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you unsubscribe.
  • If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using it until the next billing date.
  • If you cancel during a free trial period, you might lose access immediately.
  • Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Request a refund

If it has been less than 48 hours since your purchase, you can request a refund directly through Google Play: Request a refund.

We provide refunds without any reason for up to 14 days depending on your country and circumstances. In urgent cases, we may extend this period if you contact us in advance.

To process the refund we need the Google Play transaction ID of your purchase. It typically follows this format: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX.

You can find it in the purchase confirmation email or in the Google Play app:

  1. At the top right, tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history.
  3. Tap Purchase history.

Contact us through the contact form and include the transaction number. Refunds are usually processed within a few working days.
